The use of effect and fictional argot in Anthony Burgess' A Clockwork Orange

The use of effect and fictional argot in Anthony Burgess' A Clockwork Orange

Well, as a start, we can see that this author is totally showing us what the creation of this new language mean, and by doing that he totally messes up sith our mind, at least with mine, because since the thesis they give us from the book, se can make an idea of the language and constant agressions with this, but we change, we can also lose like the fear we have to read a novel with constant violence, drugs, and rape, because this author giges us the perspective of another language, the words on the nadtsa dictionary give too much more sense to all or the sotry's  plot, se can know that the language tries to make less drastic all the words that may be offensive, we have to admit that saying "in out in out" is less drastic and eye poping that "sexual intercourse" that childish translation is one big pillar for this book because it lowers the level of that strong essence that makes you want to throw away the book.

As the author said as well, the language caracterizes the teenagers that are having the same violent phase in their lives, and makes reference of the point that when you read an adult is talking, you can notice is an adult or a different teenager because they use normal english, and says that even Alex starts to lose the attraction to the revolution of language he was planning, and even starts to talk in normal english, which is a big deal, because he implemented a new dialect in the whole story, and the fact that he is leaving it, impacts a lot on the readers.

In conclusion, the author wants to make concience of what the book really meant with the nadtsa vocabulary implemented with all the text, and in some way, he impulses us to read the book, defending the idea that the book was meant to be like that and that se have to read it to notice that the language in all sense has a reason, and se won't be dissapointed.
