I think that the article is very good. It includes many explanations to Kubricks choices, who led him to create one of the most memorables movies of all times.
When it comes to the film, a lot of people categorize it as pornography because of the harsh raping scenes, but in reality, he was showing the perspective of an immoral and immature character, in this case, Alex.
As the article explains, now a days we are sorrounded by violence even if we are not conscience of it. It seems that we can accept to see a man being hit, but we cant stand to watch a rape because of its feelingless nature, which brings us closer to the reality that Alex lives in.
