High school musical

After ten years of the recorded, high school musical has managed to stay alive in the souls of most of the teenagers. More than just a movie for kids, HSM (as the title said ) is a musical with incredible songs and characters that were like us. The first movie was recorded in 2009 and since that HSM has been a phenomenon,the story starts with two teenagers that meet at a party when the host chooses them to sing and when they started to get along the girl disappears until the end of the holidays when they meet again at East High. Even though the movie is old the people continue watching it because of the songs, the high school represented as the best thing for the teens and finally the love story which is the main theme in the movie. The impact of the movie in the children have been so big that the director of all HSM movies is starting the an HSM 4 causing the happiness of thousand of kids, teenagers and all the lovers of this movie.

Probably the best song of the movie “we’re all in this together” was the last song of the first movie, when Troy and Gabriella (the main characters) decided to be against the “status quo”,Troy as a basketball player who hates the theater  and Gabriella as the smartest girl in the school finally, accepted that their real passions are sing and be on stage. After celebrating the triumph , the well-known song “we’re all in this together” appeared finishing with the movie. Songs like these are the ones that make the movie emotional and give us the idea that in the bad or good moments “We are all in this together”

When the movie first came out most of the kids had 6 or 9 years old and as kids they were raised with the fantasy that the “high school” would be just like the film, where singing is the best way for expressing your anger, worries or happiness and where the new girl can change the status quo of the students because according to the film if you were part of the basketball team you could not think of being part of the drama club or any other club that were not the one that you’ve already chosen an idea that Gabriella changed. That fantasy of high school was the one that all the kids wanted, exciting them to grow up just for living a High School like in the movie.

The best part of the movie is the love story of Troy and Gabriella, which is constantly highlighted in the songs that they share and the romantic scenes when they are together. This part is a cliché, the basketball captain dates the new girl and then the popular girl is obsessed  with Troy so she tries to get rid of the new girl..., as I said a Cliché, but when you are a kid you dream with that love story imagined that maybe you would have the same love story. The fact of the perfect love that is shown is what catch your eye keeping you excited with the development of their relationship, and hoping for a love like that.

HSM is the childhood of a bunch of teenagers that thought that high school would be as cool as the movie with a song for every sentimental state reason why, the songs of the movie are still sung out loud and constantly remembered by the ones who laughed, cried  and sang in the three movies. What makes success of the film is that the public who watched the movie were kids, so they had this fantasy of attending the high school of the movie and be a Wildcat (the animal of the school) that’s why the releases of a fourth film have shocked the fans of this movie who eagerly await the outcome of this new story.
